The job involves working with global enterprises for their Telecom, Mobile, Wireless Billing management using our software platform.
Duties:
* Reconciles Telecom billing accounts by maintaining billing system; processing bills; resolving billing problems.
* Maintains Mobile billing system by entering and updating tables, rate plans, system configurations, and new product definitions; coordinating procedures with system engineers.
* Verifies Telecom bill processing and accounts by preparing audit schedules; conducting audits.
* Improves billing system by recommending system and information enhancements; approving acceptance testing.
* Protects company telecom assets by investigating unusual changes in account bills; recommending blocks on accounts.
* Serves customers by evaluating customer disputes regarding charges; providing explanations.
* Prepares billing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
* Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
