Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., has an opening for a Telecommunications Specialist to work closely with users and other IT staff in our Washington office.

Responsibilities include monitoring telecommunication needs, installing and configuring mobile devices, processing and responding to day-to-day telecommunication and mobile device needs or requests for all firm offices and maintaining inventory of telecommunications equipment and mobile devices. 

Requirements include a minimum of three years of experience with telephone systems, processing moves, adds and changes for telecommunication systems, and a minimum of one year of experience with mobile devices.  The Telecommunications Specialist is required to be available for emergency on-call support as needed.  Will report to the Telecommunications Manager.
