The TeleHealth Manager will:

-Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and maintenance activities for voice and data communications networks.

-Ability to conduct protocol analysis and knowledge of LAN and WAN data communications protocols (TCP/IP, ATM, frame relay, X.400 and X.500).

-Ability to plan and perform fault managment, configuration control, and performance monitoring of Telehealth equipment.

-Ability to conduct activation, back-up, deactivation, and restart of Telehealth VTC resources/services.

-Ability to evaluate communication hardware and software, troubleshoot LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems.

-Performs general voice and data network administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and testing of complex large-scale networks.

-Schedules Telehealth maintenance and downtime.

-Coordinates with users, technical team, and senior management throughout all network sites.

-Provide technical and consultative assistance for all Telehealth systems.

-Provide training to the clinical staff on proper use of telemedicane equipment, patient scheduling, program integration, program promotion, and providing basic project support to partnering facilities.

-File monthly activity reports

-Log all submitted trouble tickets

-Work with regional telecommunication and equipment service providers to troubleshoot and resolve communication problems

-Manage the local Telehealth communications network

-Trouble shoot and diagnose communications problems

-Equipment maintenance and readiness

-Coordinate the use of different VTC Suites to be used for Telehealth consultations/meetings

-Related eduation and experience as identified in the job description

-Have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship, and be able to pass a government background investigation, meeting eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
