The primary job function of the Telemarketer is to identify, develop and approach prospective companies and individuals with the goal of setting appointments for insurance reviews.
The following skills are required:
- Identifying prospects using parameters developed the agency.
- Research using:
- Internet, Print Media, Trade Material and other reference sources.
- Compile Data
- Contact names, phone numbers, fax numbers, email address, decision makers contact information, policy expiration dates, number of employees, present insurance carriers, company revenue, and other such data.
- Maintain data base in “Applied” Systems- our management system.
- The Property/Casualty and Benefits Agency fact finding appointments
- Develop and implement a Direct mail/email campaigns.
- Track progress and trends to increase efficiency and effectiveness of all programs
- Demonstrate a fluency with insurance terms and jargon as need for each marketing campaign
- GENERATE 4 APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK
You will be expected to achieve at least the following:
With in 6 months:
- Establish a database for 3 target marketing programs
- Start prospecting these databases
- Be on track to produce at least 1 appointments per week with a premium value of $100,000 plus
- 2 appointments with premium value of $50,000, plus
- 3 other appointments.
- Become familiar with the insurance products we offer
- Develop Trade show campaigns
- Research on-line marketing opportunities
With in one year:
- Running and managing 3 separate databases and campaigns
- Be on track to producing at least 2 appointments per week with a premium value of at least $100,000
- Total appointments per week to be in excess of 6
- Establish a presence at trade show in the various industries. TBD
· Bonus program based on every kept appointment will be developed.
