Senture is currently seeking Telesales Agents. Specific job responsibilities include:
Answers customer inquiries with professional courtesy, giving exceptional customer service to each customer, based on client-specific instruction.
Documents each customer’s inquiry information into a database.
Verifies customer’s information, making corrections and updates as needed.
Actively listens to recognize opportunities to offer additional information to customer, ensuring that each person who calls receives as much information about client-specific needs as possible.
Follows up with callers as necessary.
Uses statistical contact center data to make improvements in performance.
Outbound calling for surveying to obtain client-specific information.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (both verbal skills and writing skills).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a telesales environment.
Must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team, ability to multi-task, operate a PC, use Internet search engines and computer systems, and specialized telephone systems.
Must have reliable transportation.
The job requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
