Telesales Representative

We are currently seeking a Telesales Representative to prospect, solicit and close telemarketing repair service orders with PSI's accounts. As a part of the sales team, RSI Sales Representatives must represent  themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times, while maximizing territorial sales opportunities.  The minimum level of expectation for this position is 100% of quota achievement.

Note:  This is an active, prospecting business to business sales position; most calls will be outgoing not incoming.  You must have this type of Sales experience to be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% of sales quota
  • Prospecting and follow-up calls should be steady and consistent each day.
  • Manage outstanding work orders daily. 
  • Follow up and close orders daily 
  • Target repairs that match up with our capabilities. 
  • Calls need to be scheduled and logged into Salesforce.com on a daily basis.
  • Focus on profitable sales with a minimum quoted 30% gross margin.

 

Qualifications:

      Required: 

    • 3-5 years of successful Telesales experience
    • 3-5 years experience using Microsoft Office programs
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

     Preferred:

    • Highly proficient using Salesforce.com CRM software
