We are currently seeking a Telesales Representative to prospect, solicit and close telemarketing repair service orders with PSI's accounts. As a part of the sales team, RSI Sales Representatives must represent themselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times, while maximizing territorial sales opportunities. The minimum level of expectation for this position is 100% of quota achievement. Note: This is an active, prospecting business to business sales position; most calls will be outgoing not incoming. You must have this type of Sales experience to be considered. Primary Responsibilities: - Achieve 100% of sales quota
- Prospecting and follow-up calls should be steady and consistent each day.
- Manage outstanding work orders daily.
- Follow up and close orders daily
- Target repairs that match up with our capabilities.
- Calls need to be scheduled and logged into Salesforce.com on a daily basis.
- Focus on profitable sales with a minimum quoted 30% gross margin.
Qualifications: Required: - 3-5 years of successful Telesales experience
- 3-5 years experience using Microsoft Office programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: - Highly proficient using Salesforce.com CRM software
