Member Associate (Teller) duties include:
- Operate and maintain a cash drawer including posting deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Working knowledge of financial policies and procedures preferred.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Proof checks and film.
- Perform vault functions, as necessary.
- Perform special item functions such as selling money orders, official checks, travelers’ checks, and stamps.
- Process wire transfers, stop payments, and cash advances on credit cards.
- Safe Deposit Box entry.
- Assist with daily balancing of coin machine.
- Assist members with account or product inquiries.
- Assist in closing cash letter and balancing the totals of checks and cash of the branch.
- Balance teller drawer, verify accuracy of posted transactions.
- Maintain member confidentiality.
