We are looking for a senior level Team Leader to manage the banking (teller) services group. Our objective is to deliver a consistently excellent client experience while maximizing opportunities to suggest new banking or other services, and ask for new client referrals. The Team Leader will oversee daily banking operations, ensure adequate banker coverage, resolve client problems or concerns and ensure that transaction processing complies with established compliance regulations and department procedures. The Team Leader will also lead sales management by providing sales coaching and product training to staff.  The Team Leader will conduct performance appraisals, provide input for staffing decisions, organize the work of the team, assign tasks, set short term priorities, and monitor all activities ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
