Special Counsel is working with a division of a Fortune 500 company in Lower Bucks County in its search for a temporary IP/Patent attorney for a 3- to 4-month long project.  Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, a Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background, and membership in a state bar AND the patent bar.  Qualified candidates will also have the ability to independently handle contract review and drafting, trademark search reviews, competitive landscaping for patents, and some management of patent prosecution.
