Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with month-end close and financial reporting processes, including journal entries and account reconciliation. Essential Functions: · Prepare journal entries · Account reconciliation and analysis · Cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations · Assist with month-end close and financial reporting · Calculate various revenue and expense accruals · Financial statement and general ledger balance integrity · Prepaid and insurance accrual analysis · Prepare audit schedules and reports · Assist with ad hoc projects. · Prepare statutory state and local filings Education, Training and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting · 2 years experience preferred · Self motivated with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy · Strong PC skills, especially Great Plains, FRX, Microsoft Excel
