GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:


 

The Tenant Services Coordinator provides the critical function of receiving and logging tenant requests on a daily basis and dispatching RXR employees and outside vendors to provide an adequate response to these requests.  They are a true provider of service. With tact and decorum they handle emergencies, address tenant requests, and coordinate the service efforts of the Property Management Dept.  They are the face of the organization to the tenant and thus play a critical role in delivering tenant satisfaction.  The Tenant Services Coordinator provides a mechanism to support Property Managers and also interacts with the general accounting dept.  They play a vital role in helping RXR achieve its mission to be the Landlord of Choice. 


 


 


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 

1.      Receive tenant calls

2.      Log calls into Angus system.

3.      Dispatch tasks to maintenance personnel and contractors.

4.      File, fax, organize, and request certificates of insurance for tenants and contractors.

5.      Follow up service calls and close out Angus on a daily basis.

6.      Create, fax, and file tenant memos.

7.      Generate and file tenant work orders in a timely manner.


8.      Order various building supplies for the Property Management Dept.

9.  Responsible for typing correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, etc..

10.  Assist Property Manager(s) in every aspect required, keeping them informed.

11.  Assist in carrying out emergency procedures.

15.  Occasionally share in back up of receptionist duties.

16.  Maintaining and updating Property Management files.

 


 Must have good people skills and etiquette. Able to communicate effectively with tact and respoect. Attention to detail. Knows Word and Excel and able to easily learn new software.


Associates degree and 2-4 years of experience required. call center experience a plus.
