We are a national transportation company, specializing in courier delivery of small package items. We are looking for a TERMINAL MANAGER for our location in Rochester. Only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities include:
- Full P&L for terminal
- Account and customer management
- Furthering company initiatives
- Development of employees and contractors
- On-going recruitment of contract drivers

Requirements:
- Must have professional background in courier/small package distribution
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Knowledge of contract driver model
- Bachelor's degree
- Only local candidates will be considered
