About the Job
The sales person will be responsible for attaining sales goals on a monthly and annual basis. They will be required to manage existing accounts and prospecting new business by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing and closing sales on a daily basis. The sales person will need a working knowledge of collision parts, automotive paints, and associated products of the collision repair industry, this is a plus not a must we will train where needed. The focus of our sales team is to constantly and consistently exceed the customers expectations. We will need this person to contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current products; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. Being focused on all aspects of how we take care of our customers throughout our business. The territory will cover from Mankato, MN to Madison, WI. The person we hire will need to be highly organized and computer literate.
