Territory Business Manager - Valvoline - Ashland, Inc.

Ashland's Consumer Markets Division / Valvoline, a leading provider of aftermarket car-care products and services, has an immediate opening for a Territory Business Manager who will manage a defined geographic territory as a business unit to maximize profits and grow sales both horizontally and vertically. This position will require you to sell premium products and programs, transfer knowledge and motivate personnel and installers and analyze performance of territory through the use of various computer applications. Requirements: - Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Working knowledge of Automotive Facilities
- Field experience, marketing, financial or related business experience.
- History of consistent above-average performance
- Strong selling skills including a willingness to embrace ambitious growth expectations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes required
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
