This position is for ConvaTec, a privately-held medical device company that is an industry leading provider of wound, skin, and ostomy care products and services. The Territory Manager is responsible for selling strategic wound and skin care products to the hospital setting to drive market share and dollar increases. Key products to include Engenex® Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Flexi-Seal® Fecal Management System and the Hydrofiber® line. In addition, the Territory Manager is expected to develop, cultivate and retain business relationships with key buying influences (e.g. GPO, Distributor), key hospital departments (e.g. ICU, ED, Wound Clinics, OR) and critical hospital stakeholders (e.g. Physicians, Purchasing, Administration, WOCN's). A Territory Manager must foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of sales/business goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and information on a regular basis.

BS or BA degree or related experience. Three or more years of sales experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in selling to critical departments and critical stakeholders in the hospital environment. Demonstrated ability to both effectively develop and efficiently implement a superior business plan. Appreciation for the complexities of interacting with and influencing customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of the business drivers within the medical devices business. Experience in selling new technologies and gaining product distribution and continued use is preferred. Must currently reside in Eugene, Oregon area.
