Job Description:

• Achieve approved sales goals for territory
• Support national sales and management systems
• Ensure that territory meets recruitment, selection, and retention requirements
• Manage and lead all field training programs and activities for agents
• Provide performance based coaching and feedback on a consistent basis to agents
• Ensure policy applications meet required standards and follow quality assurance procedures
• Conduct and attend required company meetings
• Complete required training activities and programs
• Learn and be able to demonstrate company sales materials
• Recruit Agent talent as necessary

Knowledge & Experience

• Successful and stable work history
• Knowledge of employment laws and guidelines
• Successful record as a sales manager
• Life, Health, and Accident License
• Commissioned sales experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance industry (preferred)
• Some college (preferred)

Minimum criteria to be considered:

• Valid Drivers License
• A current bond or be eligible for bond
• 2 years of Outside Sales Management Experience Preferred
• At least 5 years of Outside Sales Experience Required
• Prior Insurance Sales Experience Preferred
• High School Diploma or higher degree
• Ability to travel locally
• Reliable Transportation with appropriate liability and property coverage

We offer an attractive performance based compensation package to include a fixed base, personal commissions, new agent training bonus, new agent success bonus, monthly bonus, and quarterly production bonus.
