Job Responsibilities:
· Sell full product offering of both Hydroment and Durabond Ceramic Tile Installation systems.
· Manage and grow Bostik Accounts covering: OH, IN, MI, KY, WV, and Western PA/NY.
· Execution and implementation of the Bostik Flooring Group market plan.
· Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to define Targets and Goals.
· Provide on-going information on industry advances and product needs.
· Liaison for Marketing Team / Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities.
· Develop and implement strategies to manage accounts, prepare timely sales reports, and provide technical needs.
· Trouble shoots account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer.
· Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree. (Business preferred).
· Technical background (preferred) with thorough understanding of the complex sales process through major buying influences including, but not limited to, architectural, flooring retailer, and sub-contractor.
· Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
· Strong understanding of flooring marketplace required.
· Ability to comfortably perform hands-on demonstrations with all flooring products.
· Familiarity and technical competency with all of the Flooring application systems available in the industry.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, listening, organizational and presentation skills.
· Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
· Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
· Ability to travel 50% + of the time.
· Area of residence: Within specified territory preferred.
