We are currently looking for Territory Sales Managers to join our team. In this role you will take primary responsibility for the WI, MI, MN territories, supporting product lines and specified strategic accounts spread throughout the territory in order to sell software solutions to healthcare facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role in an exciting and expanding market which provides excellent benefits, salary and commission plans:
· Identify and close sales opportunities.
· Schedule and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
· Develop and maintain industry and product knowledge, and inform managers of changing market conditions and competitive issues.
· Create competitive price proposals.
· Assist in completion of RFIs and RFPs.
· Report sales activity to management in weekly reports.
· Participate in contract negotiations.
· Attend tradeshow meetings as exhibitor.
· This position requires significant travel to customer sites, meeting, and various tradeshows/conferences across the U.S.
Skills
· All applicants must have Healthcare Sales Experience.
· As a minimum, sales people must have at least 2 Yrs+ experience of providing total solutions focused on the revenue cycle in hospitals.
· Candidates must have used and be proficient in at least some of the following; MS Office, Powerpoint, ACT, or other CRM systems
· Comfortable selling at high levels in the healthcare market (CEO, COO, CIO, CFO level).
· Experience in elongated sales cycles at various levels.
· Verifiable experience meeting quotas.
· Knowledge of information systems strategies for hospitals.
· Knowledge of sales territory management and experience with cold calls.
· Good negotiation, conflict management and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously.
· Strong knowledge of current information systems technology and of healthcare industry and trends.
· Strategic sales account planning skills.
· Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
The role will in addition require a minimum of 70% travel.
