Territory Sales Manager
About the Job
Baer Supply Company, a successful distributor of decorative and functional hardware, laminate, tools, and shop supplies, is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our company to customer accounts in and around Harrisburg, PA and other areas of Southeast PA.
This position will be selling to a $1 million territory, roughly, consisting of approximately 100+ accounts. A lot of potential for growth and sales exists, as this position will be discovering the territory
As a Territory Manager for Baer Supply Company you will have the full product line of over 50,000 SKUs available to sell to your customers, this includes all hardware, board, cabinet supplies, laminate, and solid surface. We are looking for an energetic sales professional that will take this opportunity and run with it!
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of demonstrated success in outside sales/account management experience, preferably in the industrial sales or distribution arena.
- You will be responsible for servicing and developing a customer base of 170+ accounts as well as bringing in new business.
- Professional and polished with excellent communication skills, plus a strong desire to succeed and grow financially.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred as well as strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work from home office and possess safe/reliable transportation (a monthly auto stipend is provided).
Baer Supply Company offers its employees excellent benefits, including a very comprehensive insurance plan. Additionally, Territory Managers received a monthly auto allowance and are paid a base salary + commission with opportunity for quarterly bonus.
