

Territory Sales Manager
Cone Drive Operations, Inc., a David Brown Company, a market leader in industrial gear technology, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for its western territories covering Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Nebraska. This position is responsible for growing Cone Drive OEM business while servicing existing accounts and providing sales support to targeted industries and applications. TSMs also provide technical support for aftermarket sales and service centers.
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Proven record of progressive success in direct OEM outside sales, preferably in the gearing industry
- Success in developing applications and accounts, from initial customer contact to after market support
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of end user accounts
Successful candidates will also have:
- A strong customer focus
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently
- A solid business background, with effective negotiating skills
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the gearing industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Computer literacy, with the ability to learn new programs
- A valid driver’s license
- US citizenship is required due to the nature of our business
