1. 2-5 years of outside sales experience showing individual excellence (no pharma “pod” selling)
2. Hospital, medical device or strong B 2 B sales preferred
3. Proven track record of sales growth, quota fulfillment and stack rankings against peers
4. 4 year college degree
5. Consultative sales training and experience
