This is an exciting opportunity within a world-class sales organization. This territory covers Sioux Falls, SD. CIBA Vision operates globally from its Atlanta, Georgia headquarters, and employes approximately 5500 people worldwide. The ideal candidate must be an outstanding sales manager with a proven track record for going above and beyond established measurements for goals and objectives. You will have responsibility for driving and managing the business and revenue for a $4 million territory. This role requires exceptional communication skills in order to adequately introduce new products and expand growth on new and current product lines with eye care professionals. The client base will primarily include Optometrists, Ophthalmologists and Opticians. You will also be responsible for: executing marketing activities and promotions in order to maximze sales results, develop and maintain customer relationships as well as participate in networking with customers at conventions and educational events. Key performance measures for this position include, but are not limited to: Overall territory Sales Growth over prior year, Priority Product Growth, Territory Return on Investment, Expense Budget Management, Successful balancing of resources used with return on investment. Minimum Education Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience Required: • 2-4 years successful outside sales experience Preferred Level: • One (1) year contact lens sales/opthalmic related sales/contact fitting experience.
Must have valid drivers license and the ability to travel extensively via automobile. Some air travel also required. Must successfully complete our ""New Hire Sales Training Program"".
