Hewlett Packard has immediate openings for Sales Development Representative.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work with the Regional Directors and Client Executives to drive customer interest and schedule introductory meetings to qualify business opportunities for the HP Exstream sales organization targeting enterprise and SMB accounts. The SDR will identify & research targeted company lists and develop email & telephone campaigns to uncover new business and qualified lead opportunities. This individual will need to be strongly motivated & driven, target oriented, methodical and tenacious.
Responsibilities
· Promote the HP Exstream value proposition and create demand for the HP Exstream family of products within designated markets
· Work closely with inside and outside sales, and marketing
· Conduct coordinated marketing campaign and event follow-up
· Manage a prospecting pipeline within the HP Exstream sales database and maintain accurate information about suspects, prospects and their companies
Your Profile
Qualifications
1 to 2 years business/lead development experience (enterprise software sales experience a plus)
- Experience calling at executive level
- Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus - Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector, Retail and Print Service Providers
- Comfortable making daily cold calls
- Excellent research/interviewing capabilities, intelligence gathering, and documentation
- Ability to team with sales reps and marketing
- Flexible, 'can do' attitude based on team priorities
- Persistence, self-starter with strong work ethic
- Bachelors Degree
