Test Automation Engineer
Position Overview:
Our
client is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer for ongoing
implementation and testing in an automated environment (SmarteScript a
plus) . Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of QA
experience with exposure to both .NET and Java environments.
Responsibilities Include:
As
a Test Automation Engineer you would assist to define/implement testing
processes and standards that coordinate with existing methodologies.
You would participate in all aspects of the automated testing
lifecycle, maintain communication with analysts and developers as
needed to support testing phases, and perform system and regression
testing.
Required Skills:

Develop test plans, cases and scripts by analyzing business
requirements and working with users, developers and business analysts.
- Create and execute test scripts using industry standard tools such SmarteScript, Quick Test Pro (QTP), etc.

Experience with current web application technology and Microsoft
development (VB, C#, .NET) and Java with exposure to both Windows/Linux
a plus
- Document and implement tuning recommendations, working with company team members and client resources
- Communicate a variety of information ( test results, status, recommendations, etc) to company management
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
