Transtechnik Corp., USA is headquartered in Canton/Ball Ground, GA and
develops and manufactures power electronics equipment for rail vehicles, in
particular low-voltage auxiliary power supplies, battery chargers and
inverters.  We are looking for a
qualified test engineering professional to take over our on-site product testing and
troubleshooting responsibilities.

Our Test Engineer
will:

1.     
Set up all aspects of test engineering at our location in Canton/Ball Ground, GA. in line with Test Engineer procedures outlined in
our Quality Manual.

2.     
Propose and implement required process improvements
based on final goal to be determined.

3.     
Perform all test functions required on electrical
components, power converters, and power modules.

4.     
Apply tools and processes to successful test all
assigned projects based on the technical contractual requirements, in line with
Company’s financial project objectives and overall project schedules.

5.     
Our Goal will be to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
Any tools and proactive measures shall be implemented and measured monthly
based upon key performance indicators utilizing available data from our pro
ALPHA ERP system.

6.     
Occasional travel to customer, supplier and parent
company (in Germany) may be required.

7.     
Maintain
good communications with management in Germany at all levels. Close contacts
shall be maintained with the Buechelberg, Germany factory as well as our Parent
Company in Holzkirchen, Germany to achieve expected project deliverables,
process integrity and standards in line with internal and external customer
specifications.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the testing and troubleshooting of
power inverters, power converters, power modules or similar equipment.  Prior experience with testing and
troubleshooting these products in the transportation industry would be a plus.

Degree in electronics or related field preferred, or equalivant work experience.

Salary and Benefits:

Exempt position: $40,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience, skills
and abilities.
