Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a Test Engineer to be responsible for reviewing system requirements for testability. R esearch and develop test procedures based on system concept of operations and requirements, perform testing of UNIX and Windows based systems, document test results and work with systems engineering, software engineering and hardware engineering to resolve problems. May also develop automated test scripts as required to perform automated testing as well as participate in customer presentations and reviews.
Required Skills:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline or possess equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Must have a minimum of 4+ years applicable test experience to include automated testing and test script development.

Must have ability to perform subsystem test planning and the following:
-
Preparing test procedures
-
Conducting test procedures
-
Utilizing discrepancy report systems
-
Preparing test schedules
-
Specifying test verification requirements
-
Must have experience working within Integrated Product Teams.

Must have experience preparing and presenting reports and briefings both verbally and written.

Must be have strong knowledge working within UNIX and Windows environments and be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Must be available for short-term business travel within the U.S. as needed.

Must be available to work extended hours including overtime and weekends as needed.
