MUST HAVE ORSA EXPERIENCE

Provide expertise supporting concept studies and analysis, requirements definition and evaluation of alternative technical approaches related to the development into the joint task force.  Tasks include the development and evaluation of capability requirements to meet theater commander warfighting objectives.  Application of skills associated with Operations Research and Systems Analysis – Decision Analysis & related statistical tools, cost analysis, operational environment, human resources analysis, force development and organizational analysis – is an important performance element.
