One of the region's most prominent institutions is looking for UAT Test Leads and Sr. Testers for contract openings in Charlotte, NC.

CLIENT CANNOT SUPPORT THIRD PARTY VENDORS. Client also has the option to bring technical professionals on permanently.

They are looking candidates that can:
Document business processes to support user acceptance testing
- Experience with user acceptance testing an eCommerce environment, preferably financial services
- Create test scenarios and test cases
- Execute test cases
- Document and report defects
- Involved in the day-to-day tasks of the user acceptance testing process
- Collect and analyze test data
- Implement testing processes/methodology in large, complex, diversified, global organizations

Must have:
Experience with all types of major system development and deployment projects
- Experience in the various types of testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, performance/volume/stress) preferred
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the testing field
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies

Ideally these candidates will be able to talk test strategy, create scenarios and scripts, defect reporting/analytics and have 2-5 years of small team leadership.
