SunDance is seeking an experienced Therapy Program Manager to lead a rehab team at a SNF in Denton, Marlyand! As a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) with SunDance, you will:
  • Monitor admissions and treatment schedules
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation the rehab department
  • Provide rehabilitation care compliance, clinical and billing documentation compliance
  • Manage, supervise and assist in hiring of all facility-based rehab staff
Qualifications
  • Valid state license or equivalent in Occupational Therapy (OT) Speech Language Pathology (SLP) 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited college or university
  • Management experience preferred
