As a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) with SunDance, you will:
  • Monitor admissions and treatment schedules
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation the rehab department
  • Provide rehabilitation care compliance, clinical and billing documentation compliance
  • Manage, supervise and assist in hiring of all facility-based rehab staff
Qualifications
  • Valid state license or in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited college or university
  • Management experience preferred
