Bank owned health and welfare third party administrator, offering self-funded medical, dental, vision, cobra, consolidated billing, flexible benefits and wellness administration services to our clients.  The candidate will manage approixmately 18 employees, specifically over the cobra, consolidating billing and flexible benefits area.

Significant accounting experience and managerial experience is a must; experience working with a TPA is a plus.

Employer is largest financial services company in the area, and one of the three fastest growing companies in the area.  Signifcant equity capital is available for future growth.  The TPA currently employs approximately 50 employees, and the retail insurance operations employee an additional 80.  The company is owned by a bank holding company with banks located in Des Moines and Southeast Iowa.

Position will also include knowledge of accrual accounting, and employee will close the monthly financial statements for 2-3 divisions of the company.  Excellent compensation and benefits are available.  Candidate must commit to living in the community of the Employer.
