Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst with Secret Clearance

Job Description

Modis is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst for a contract-to-perm position in Arlington, VA.  Active SECRET clearance required.

Candidates must have good customer service skills, knowledge of IT help desk duties, and  willing to work rotating shift work 6am - 9pm Monday- Friday. Shift will rotate about once per month. Most of the work will be in a service center environment assisting customers via the telephone, with limited desk side work. Typical access to the client workstations will be done remotely.
