Hardware Team Lead - Inventory/Depot Support (12-141)

Location: Phoenix/Chandler, Arizona Region – Zip code 85244

Security Clearance Eligibility: US Citizenship required - Clearable to Public Trust Security Clearance

·         Provides configuration management planning.

·         Leads asset and inventory management for a large Service Desk supporting 27,000 users

·         Describes provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.

·         Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field

·         Must have 3 years of experience using the ITIL methodology

·         3+ years experience with using Remedy 7.x for service asset, configuration, and inventory management

·         Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance

·         US Citizen

Desired:

·         ITIL Certification

·         Active Public Trust Clearance
