We are looking for motivated individuals that will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our state of the art Plasma Cold Hearth Melting Furnace for melting Titanium alloys for the aerospace industry.  You will be responsible for preparing raw materials, loading and feeding the furnace as well as training to operate the melting operation. You will also troubleshoot, perform the repairs and maintain the operation as part of our Team concept.  You must have initiative and the willingness to learn about our process and to help make process improvements. 

Current openings exist for our evening team working 12 hour shifts (3 to 4 days per week) with possible weekend work.  Benefits include excellent Medical, Vision and Dental coverage of the employee at no cost after 30 days (can include spouse and family at modest cost), Matching 401k after 6 months and company provided Short and Long Term Disability Insurance. 

To qualify you must have the following requirements:

• High School diploma or better with at least 2 years experience with complex industrial equipment, hydraulic systems, PLC control systems, or large electrical power sources.


• Clean Criminal Background


• Technical aptitude in the operation of complex equipment and controls
