Closeline is a national title company with our corporate office located in Rockville Maryland.  We have immediate openings for experienced title insurance processors.   

Job functions will include but not be limited to:

•  Inputs new orders into title management system
• Checking new orders for accuracy and completeness
• Obtain the title commitment and review for accuracy.
• Clearing miscellaneous conditions to closing
• Order closing protection letters.
• Prepare and review HUD settlement statements.
• Order and obtains all mortgage payoff information and subordination agreements when needed.
• Handle post closing duties when necessary
• Any other duties that arise during the processing of a file

Qualifications:

·    Previous experience as a title insurance processor.

·    Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and company specific software

·    Detail oriented with solid organizational skills.
