• Significant experience with TAM for e-business v6.1 and more recent 5.x versions, specifically, screen customizations, advanced ACL and POP development, and managing extended attributes in policies
• WebSeal Administration and Customization
• SAML v2.0 token creation and management
• Development of action groups and policies
• Advanced object management
• TDS integration
• RHEL version 5 administration
• WebSphere and LTPA token management
• TAI and EAI integration and implementation
• Development and configuration of audit reports
• Development of advanced authentication and multi-path authentication decisions using junctions
• Development of role-based access control systems
• Upgrade experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• IBM product certifications in TIM, TAM, TDS
• Development and customization experience in similar products such as Oracle Access Manager, Sun Access Manager and OpenSSO, CA E-trust Identity Management
• Development of Attribute based access control systems
• Government agency experience
