HNTB Corporation is currently seeking candidates for a Toll Operations Specialist opportunity in our Toll Operations Group located in Raleigh, NC supporting HNTB’s National Tolling Practice.
Shares project management responsibility with Team Leader and Project Manager. Works on multiple, complex issues/projects as a technical leader and the subject matter expert. Assist in development of scopes, fees and proposals Participate in projects involving complex software architecture design, database design, system architecture design Assists in developing highly complex new applications using advanced programming tools and languages, based upon the project’s requirements document and direction from the Team Leader Analyzes and solves advanced technical problems with legacy applications or interfaces Codes, tests, debugs and refines programs at an advanced level. May perform peer reviews of coding performed by mid-level staff Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts Designs advanced html prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based applications May design and develop complex, advanced presentations through online multimedia such as Flash presentations, PowerPoint or printed materials in support of marketing pursuits
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Programming or related discipline, plus 6-8 years of experience.
Individual must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experience in Toll Technology & Operations required.
Willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC.
