Outstanding opportunity for a bright, motivated and proactive recent grad to join a thriving Downtown Boston financial services firm!!  As the Finance / Operations Analyst, you will be working with the finance and operations team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the scope of responsibilities will include trading support and risk management; position and account reconciliation; data analysis; settlement processes; and a variety of special projects related to historical and performance analysis and testing proprietary software, systems and processes.  Candidates in this role will be exposed to a range of financial instruments and markets as well as will be given the opportunity to collaborate with all internal groups such as Risk Management, Compliance, Investor Relations, Senior Management and more!  The qualified Finance / Operations Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree—ideally in economics, accounting, finance, math, computer science or engineering—from a Top Tier university; GPA of 3.5 or higher; 1400+ on SAT’s (excluding the written portion); superior communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills; and you must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.  This is a unique role where you will be given the opportunity to take on a range of interesting projects and learn a great deal in a collegial and intellectual environment!
