SPECIALIST OF REWARD REGULATION (Comp)
To understand our client's wide approach to remuneration regulation globally and apply this in the Americas. To lead and manage the delivery, response, and implementation of the reward change program that has developed within a significantly enhanced regulatory environment.
- Understand the Group's approach to remuneration regulation globally and implement this in the Americas
- Application of technical reward knowledge and awareness of strategic focus to ensure Group-wide alignment of regulatory requirements
- Provide technical knowledge to the wider HR team and business where appropriate on any local remuneration regulations
- Ensure the Group's reward governance framework is effectively communicated and educated
- Assimilate technical information, considering regulatory requirements from a Group-wide perspective and determining solutions which align with local and Group requirements by engaging will colleagues across functions and divisions within the Americas
- Actively engage with regulators in the Americas to influence new regulations, interpretation and application
- Co-ordinate regulatory responses on reward in the Americas
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of the reward strategy and business priorities to shape solutions
- Ability to interpret complex data, drawing out key issues and themes
- Proven project management experience
- Demonstrable relationship and project management experience in a multi function/business environment
- Experience of working within boundaries imposed by Group policies, practices and governance requirements
- Upwards of 5 years experience in Reward/HR environment
- Preferably at least 2 years experience in Finance sector
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Expertise in regulation requirements in relation to reward
- World at Work qualified or equivalent
