Tour Reception Agent
Location: Kailua Kona, Big Island, HI
Job Summary/Description:
Run tour reception report/manifest off our company's database, verifying tours for the day. The Agent must be courteous and cheerful when greeting guests; quick and accurate in completing front desk duties; and needs to handle potentially delicate situations with guests appropriately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare tour sheets for sales reps
- Assigning tours accurately to each representative and maintaining sales rotation
- Entering all tour and non-tour information into the CRS System, verifying the information's accuracy
- Make copies of paperwork to distribute to upper management
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Must have working knowledge of computers: Outlook, Excel, Word
· Must have 1 year of general office/clerical experience with good communication skills
