Responsible for managing all exclusive marketing, selected advertising, and promotional activities for all sales channels.


 


What we offer


• Work with Sr. Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Managers on all exclusive activities for each account • Plan exclusive promotions and account kits and work with Production to get them built
-Create promotional forecasts and track promotional performance. • Work closely with sales to develop key account specific initiatives
• Work with vendors to source promotional boxes when needed • Produce Sales Meeting Presentations • Complete all required paperwork needed for each account • Manage monthly in store collateral and CRM activity • Help analyze sell in and sell out numbers for accounts to help develop strategies to increase product sales • Attend and participate in Customer Meetings and selected Tradeshows as needed. • Manage other projects given by Trade Marketing Director

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
-Proven track record in Trade Marketing• Several years Trade Marketing Experience or Retailing Experience • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, creating CRM’s and in store signage
-Beauty Industry preferredOTHER SKILLS • Detail oriented and extremely organized • Capacity for multi-tasking, quick learner• Ability to work with a tight deadline • Ability to switch tasks and reprioritize • Works well with multiple company departments • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Office Experience • Is a self-starter • Displays a sense of urgency
-Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
