Location: Charlotte, NC

Hours: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday

Pay: Around $16/hr depending upon experience

Offering World-Class Customer Service by providing complete and accurate information to clients in a high-pressure environment that requires attention to detail.

Coordinate order entry and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor schedules, exception reports and work to recover lost revenue.

Demonstrating a cooperative and professional work attitude and displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum technical skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
