Job Description:
Our client needs a traffic coordinator to develop and maintain the event timelines,plan organize daily interaxction between creative and production,work with event producers and creative to coordinate all the web deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.Participate in produciton meetings,analyze and evaluate all processes to improve the workflow in all event communications,obsess over the creative resources time and optimize to meet all deadlines. Facilitate collaboration and actively encourage and participate in the interaction between creatives and producers. Skills required are MS Office suiteand project management software such as Basecamp or At Task.
Job Experience:
BS /BA degree 3+years traffic experience in an advertising/interactive agency,knowledge and understanding of web development and production specifications proven success in managing workflow between creative and production departments.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
Years of Experience Required: 3-5 Years
