CBS Radio is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Traffic Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support four radio stations, working as the back up to the Traffic managers and Continuity directors. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Candidate needs to be extremely organized, detail oriented and able to follow a strict schedule.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Inputting contracts
-Processing network affidavits,
-Managing proper commercial material for station clients
-Working as a liaison between the sales, production and finance departments
-Filing of contracts.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task are a must.
