Trainer

Designs, schedules, presents, and manages basic and advanced training for Tax Credit Services associates to include technical, professional skills, product knowledge training, and call center.

Counsels, guides and mentors trainees by providing necessary training progress evaluations.

Continually gathers input from management and periodically performs training needs analysis to determine organizational knowledge gaps.

Recommends, develops and delivers appropriate technical or professional skills training based on identified needs.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent experience.

Travel will be required; up to 20%. This is in order to facilitate training needs to business unit associates located in Atlanta.

Experience developing and facilitating professional skills and technical classes.

Technical knowledge of the TCS products, gained by two years experience, or experience in an ADP regional office.

Demonstrated ability in computer literacy, including hardware and software products and Windows Office.

Outstanding training skills including presentation/platform skills as well as the ability to control and motivate groups.

Ability to:

Develop creative activities and visual aids; translate technical/systems facts and procedures into understandable concepts; grasp new technical subject matter quickly and thoroughly; prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines; interface with all departments and associates as well as management and vendors; analyze and solve problems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
