Under direct supervision, analyze, develop and deliver internal & external training programs for external customers.
Perform regular review of progress on non-complex, visible projects and occasional review of other completed work.
Use professional concepts to apply company policies and procedures to determine best practices as it relates to training.
Conduct needs analysis to determine performance improvement solution.
Work Subject Matter Experts (SME)to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
Complete instructional design process to develop internal education programs and external customer education programs including e-Learning methodologies.
Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and on-site sessions.
Perform Level 1, 2, 3 evaluations to determine applicability of course material.
Maintain strong interaction with SMEs to create and revise materials; with end users to review and revise materials and with other internal departments for exchange of ideas.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Journalism/Communications, Business, Education or equivalent.
Experience Required
Minimum three year experience in conducting needs analysis and developing and delivering training programs.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Knowledgeable in education analysis, job function analysis, task analysis and audience analysis required.
Knowledgeable in the following technical skills required: Instructional/graphic/web/paper based design and development; developing performance support strategies; and delivery of employee job skills training, writing procedures and/or documentation.
Able to develop E-Learning modules using Toolbook, experience using Macromedia Flash for E-Learning, and ability to use graphics editing and enhancement tools for online instructional products preferred.
