Unitrin Career Agency Companies, a Division of Unitrin Inc., has an exciting job opportunity in our Education and Development Department. We are looking for candidates to fill an entry-level Training Administrator position. This position is responsible for the administrative and clerical support of the Training Director and Training Consultants.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for Training Director and Training Consultants
- Send, receive, update field evaluations.
- Order licensing books for new employees.
- Provide monthly reports on training activity to RVP’s and Training Director.
- Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the administrative functions of the Training Department for Unitrin.
- Special projects as requested.

Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years general work experience.
- Knowledge of mainframe computer system, Word, Excel, Access.
- Effective communication skills are necessary due to regular contact by phone or email to field management and training consultants.
