Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Training Administrator will provide education and consultation necessary for nurses to deliver optimal newborn clinical care in their West Tennessee health care institutions. Duties of this position include but are not limited to planning and teaching neonatal courses for the West Tennessee region; providing consultation regarding standards of care for institution in the West Tennessee region; and preparing and teaching Level-III/In-Service classes at the Regional Neonatal Center. REQUIREMENTS: BSN; two (2) years experience in neonatal nursing OR MSN (Neonatal Clinical and Education Specialty preferred) with current Tennessee licensure will be accepted in lieu of work experience. Over night travel is required; ability to travel within the 21 counties of West Tennessee; ability to travel 150-350 miles and teach 6-8 hours in a day.
