Position Description: 
Positions in this function are primarily responsible for the effective delivery of training programs across the organization.  Keeps abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems.  May also be involved in the design process. 
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Provide instructor-led classroom training throughout the company      

  • Provide orientation, product, and operations training

  • Specialize in New Business operations

  • Facilitate presentations companywide

  • Conduct needs analysis, action plans, and evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and maintain training materials

Qualifications:
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • 2+ years - experience facilitation and/or training experience

  • 2 years - experience working in a customer service role

  • Adult classroom training experience is a plus

  • Coursemaker, Articulate or other software authorware, preferred

  • Healthcare experience is a plus
