The Training Coordinator is involved in all training activities for new-hires and members seeking advancement or re-classification. The Training Coordinator works closely with the trainee, trainer, Training and Education Pillar to facilitate the training process. The Training Coordinator also coordinates with Line Supervisors, Department Managers, Human Resources, Operations, Logistics, SHE and Quality Control management to facilitate training.

The Training Coordinator is an active member on the Training and Education Pillar and is involved in and supports all facility training. This position is a developing role and is expected to change and expand as the TPM expands and the plant moves to a TPM culture

B.S. (Education or Behavioral Science), 4 years of previous work experience preferably in food manufacturing; excellent computer skills; demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; effective interpersonal and leadership skills; excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
